Sun 'n Sand Resort - Historic Resort near South Beach
Sun 'n Sand Resort in South Haven, Michigan, features 33 guest rooms across three buildings, all refreshed or remodeled since 2011. Guests have access to a saltwater pool, bathhouse, party deck, and snack bar. The resort offers amenities such as fire pits and a Beach-by-the-Pond sandbox. It is located less than 2 miles from downtown South Haven, its beaches, and shopping. Sun 'n Sand Resort is also set up as a campus-style location for weddings, with options for rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, receptions, catering, and hotel rooms all in one place. The resort is approximately 90 minutes from downtown Chicago and 30 minutes from Grand Rapids.

Sun 'n Sand Resort offers 33 guest rooms in three separate buildings: The Beach House, The Lake House, and The North House. The Beach House, a two-story unit built in the 1920s, features 16 guest rooms with a covered deck. The Lake House offers five suites with decking. The North House has six guest rooms with decking along the front. All rooms are non-smoking. A fee will be incurred if smoking in the room.
